Last week, we invited influential cake enthusiasts to a hands-on carrot cake workshop powered by Kenwood and hosted by Elisabeth & Valentijn. Under the guidance of Elisa, bakery owner and host, creators explored the full baking process step by step. With the help of Kenwood’s holy trinity: the Food Processor, Hand Mixer, and Stand Mixer, every part of the cake came to life, from grating carrots to whipping icing and mixing the perfect batter. The workshop concluded with a personal touch: each participant decorated their own cake, choosing between a vintage-inspired or floral design. To continue the experience at home (one carrot cake is never enough) all attendees received the full Kenwood collection along with the recipe, making it easy to recreate this and future cakes to be.
