To launch Fit at Home PLTS Disq, we turned So Studio Amsterdam into an intimate fitness hub. The mission? Show the power (and fun) of pilates from home and bring it to people beyond the big cities, where most pilates studios usually are. Romy Monteiro, a true pilates lover, shone as the face of the launch. And her mother Antje, once a single mom who started working out from home out of time saving reasons, captured the essence of Fit at Home: workouts for everyone, everywhere.

15 influencers, movers & shakers gathered for a two-hour experience. The group was a diverse mix, reflecting Fit at Home’s inclusive and accessible vision. A quick but effective 10-minute workout set the tone, using the newest workout gadget: the PLTS Disq of course. Refreshing San Pellegrino, Fit Piggy snacks and Kodo matcha kept everyone refreshed and dressed in Stronger, all desires were met.
