Primark’s David Swann Lassche recognised as an Outstanding Role Model 2025

Primark is proud to share that David Swann Lassche, Head of Sales for Primark Netherlands, has been named on the prestigious Outstanding Role Model List 2025, a global ranking celebrating leaders who champion inclusion and LGBTQ+ visibility in the workplace. The list is compiled annually by INvolve, in partnership with YouTube.

The Outstanding Role Model Lists honour global leaders who break barriers, elevate the standard for inclusive leadership, and demonstrate what is possible when diversity and authenticity are placed at the heart of business. As Head of Sales for Primark Netherlands and Senior Leader Network Sponsor for PRIDEmark, Primark’s global LGBTQIA+ network, David plays a pivotal role in translating inclusive values into meaningful action. He was closely involved in The Pride Academy during Pride Amsterdam, has championed initiatives such as safe-space fitting rooms, and continues to advocate for representation and education both within and beyond Primark. Beyond his work at the company, David also shares his personal story publicly. Together with his husband, he became a father through a surrogacy journey, and he regularly speaks in the media and at events about the power of authentic leadership. Primark is proud to have open, visible leaders like David within the organisation and is grateful for his ongoing commitment to making Primark a more inclusive place every day and so are we.
