Hidden in Amsterdam-Zuid, Amsterdam Teas is not your average tea shop. Dubbed “the world’s smallest tea museum,” the shop feels like a cozy living room. A local secret where tea lovers connect, taste, and learn. Founded by ex-academic Geoff, it’s a tiny space with a big mission: to bring real, high-quality tea, and the stories behind it, closer to the people. With just 40 carefully sourced teas from small farms in Asia (including two father-daughter teams!), every tea tells its own story. Think rare yellow teas, vibrant oolongs, ceremonial matcha and a thoughtful herbal selection. Add a rotating collection of handmade teaware, and you’ve got a hidden gem worth discovering.
